This is the PLACE!My 2004 Toyota arrived to its 90,000 mile health care observation. There was work to be completed for another 90,000 of driving about Palm Beach Gardens.

1st visit to All Star Auto Service. Was recommended by my sister. Car had several issues. Thumping when turning wheels. Short in turning signal that prior mechanic could not figure out, and some other issues.
Dealing with Kelly for an appt was a pleasure. Very friendly and professional. Was going to take taxi to pick up a loaner a few miles away. Kenny gladly drove me. He was so nice and friendly as well. Kelly kept me updated on the progress.
All Star Auto Service performed a full courtesy check so I am aware of items that will need to be addressed in the future. They advised me of all costs prior to performing service. Upon picking up my car, gave me detailed reports of future needs and costs. Their rates are very reasonable.

Had oil change, lube, tire rotation and new filter. Tim informed me that an error occurred. They had the wrong air filter. Tim couldn’t have been more sorry for the mix-up. He apologized sincerely and was somewhat embarrassed to tell me. That told me that he and All Star takes personal responsibility for their actions.

My alternator was replaced and unfortunately the new one was a “dud”. All Star immediately discovered the problem, fixed it and picked me up to retrieve my car when service was complete.
We also took my husband’s vehicle in for service and it was great too. They are also great about staying in communication during the service process.
